The Norad Audio Tool is a beta-version program designed on Windows XP with Visual Basic 6 for my own use. It is NOT required to use the audio files (any sound or media software will work). It is made available here for download so that others may use it at their own risk. It simple permits selecting the audio files and converts the track position to a time marker for easier navigation and matching to other event times. The time is of course NEADS time which on September 11, 2001 was running ~25.3 seconds slow. Similarly the RADES radar data uses the same NEADS time.
IMPORTANT!
During the installation process, change the installation directory to the folder containing the audio files.
